Booking & Payment Policy

• All classes must be booked in advance through our website, app, or by phone.

• Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

• We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payment options.

• Packages and memberships must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• We require a 6-hour notice for class cancellations.

  • Late cancellations within 6 hours will be charged a $10 fee.

  • No-shows will be charged a $20 fee.

• No refunds are issued for unused classes, late cancellations, or missed sessions.

• Refunds for packages or memberships are granted only under extenuating circumstances and at the studio's discretion.
  

Membership & Package Terms

• Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

• Membership holds or freezes may be granted upon request with The MVMNT Lab Team for medical or travel reasons.

• Unused sessions do not roll over unless otherwise specified.

Health & Safety Policy

• Please do not attend class if you are feeling unwell or have any contagious illness.

• Equipment is sanitized regularly, and we ask that all clients wipe down equipment after use.

• Inform your instructor of any injuries, pregnancies, or physical limitations before class.

Studio Etiquette

• Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class starts.

• The room will lock 5 minutes after the start of class.

• Proper Pilates attire is required. No shoes are allowed on the studio floor unless approved.

• Phones must be silenced or turned off during sessions.

• Respect fellow clients and instructors by maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

Liability Waiver

By attending our classes, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical exercise and agree not to hold The MVMNT Lab, its instructors, or affiliates liable for any injury or loss. We strongly recommend consulting a healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected (such as name, contact info, and payment details) is used solely for booking and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as necessary for payment processing. By using our site, you consent to our use of cookies and data per standard practices.

Instructor Substitutions

We reserve the right to substitute instructors or modify class formats as needed. We will make every effort to notify clients of changes in advance.

Children & Pet Policy

• For safety and focus, children are not permitted in the studio during classes unless enrolled in a designated kids’ class.

• Service animals are welcome. Other pets are not permitted.

Emergency & Weather Closures

In the event of inclement weather or emergencies, class cancellations will be posted on our website, social media, and via email. Any affected bookings will be credited or rescheduled.
